SHIPPING

Yes! I do ship anywhere in the world. Artwork or prints being sent overseas are shipped rolled in a tube to cut down costs. Get in touch via info@bymoni.art or by filling out the inquiry form on the contact page to request a shipping quote for artwork already stretched on a wooden frame.

Please note that it takes time for us to receive your order, print, quality check, and pack the artwork for you.
Shipping times depend on the destination country. It usually takes approximately 15-20 business days within the EU. However, delivery might take longer for orders outside the EU. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy.

Delivery of original artworks, prints on canvas and other goods in Lithuania takes 15 to 21 business days.
Prints on paper will be delivered in Lithuania within 3-10 days, unless they were purchased together with an original artwork or a print on canvas, then the delivery term of these products applies.
Please note that shipping may take a little longer than usual during the holiday season.

All packages have a tracking number. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate email right after dispatching. If you haven’t got an email contact us via info@bymoni.art or by filling out the inquiry form on the contact page and we will resend the email.

PRODUCT FAQ

The print is unframed, unstretched, and shipped rolled in a hard carbon tube. Shipping the artwork rolled in a tube is a safe and cost-effective method for large works. Once it arrives, it can be easily stretched onto wooden stretcher bars or framed by a local framer to suit your personal preferences. In order to convey the colors of the artworks as accurately as possible, on the product page we present many photos taken both by phone and professional photos, in daylight and warm lighting. Please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If colour calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices

Gently wipe over with a soft dry cloth or brush to remove any dust. Please be extra cautious with textured paintings. Avoid contact with skin and moisture from hands. Open gently with freshly cleaned and dry hands. Display in a room free from moisture.

Every original artwork and limited edition print on canvas and paper will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The certificate will be hand-signed and include a heartfelt love note inside.

RETURN & REfund POLICY

Your right to ask for a refund or exchange lasts for 14 days after the product was delivered. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted. To exercise this right, please contact me at info@bymoni.art.

The request should contain the following information:

  • Order number
  • Your contact information
  • Description of the reason you are asking for a refund or exchange
  • A photo of the defect or damage of the product

If you request a refund or exchange, please return the purchased product in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging to the following address: Kaunas, Lithuania, Veiverių st. 150C, 3rd floor, 1, LT-46391.
Once we receive and examine your return, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • You are liable for paying shipping costs for returning the purchased products, and these shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We will not accept the returned product if it has been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. If the product is damaged due to insufficient packaging, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. We cannot process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim.
  • Orders will not be refunded for lost, misdelivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) are lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% reprint charge based on the value of the print to be reprinted if the original order is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.

The original paintings and drawings are not returnable under any circumstances, except if they were damaged by the courier during delivery. In such a case, the delivery person who hands you the painting or print must issue a statement confirming the damage that occurred during delivery. Please send me an email with a copy of that statement and pictures of the damage so that we can find a solution to fix it.
If the painting is damaged beyond repair due to the courier’s fault, I will accept it back and issue a refund. However, if the damage is fixable, I will handle the fixing process. If you are not satisfied with the damage-fixing options, only store credit can be issued to you.
Please make sure to check for any damage before the courier leaves.

Frames and framed artwork are currently only available in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
Cancellation & Exchange Policy: All frames and framed artwork are final sale. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are unavailable as all frames are made to order. Framed artwork orders can only be canceled if we have not yet submitted your frame order and/or artwork to our framer for fulfillment. Please note that framed artwork orders are sometimes sent to our framers immediately, so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel or make changes to your frame(s) and/or artwork(s) order once you place your order. Due to the costs associated with every order, regardless of whether it has been fulfilled, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your framed artwork order.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: Any damaged, lost, or stolen frames and/or framed artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage, you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen frames and/or framed artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.
Damaged Frame Disposal Policy: In the instance that a replacement frame is issued, our framer requires that damaged frames be disposed of by the recipient and to provide photographic evidence of doing so.

If products are damaged, please promptly provide detailed photos within a maximum of 7 days. Do NOT discard the packaging, as it may be necessary for insurance investigation purposes. All original artworks sent are insured by the postal company. In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me via email at info@bymoni.art or by filling out the inquiry form on the contact page.
In your email, please include the order number and attach photos of the package prior to opening, as well as photos of the damage to your purchase.

Indeed, I offer gift cards. If you’re in search of a last-minute gift or having trouble deciding, a gift card might be the perfect solution. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire in 2 years.

I retain all rights to all artwork I create, including the rights to the  sold original paintings, drawings, and other goods. I also retain the right to make reproductions of all artwork I create.
The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without my written permission.

The information you provide to us through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. Subscribers to our mailing list will only receive BY MONÌ related announcements and may unsubscribe at any time.

You may have to pay additional TAX and duties in the country of destination. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how the local fees are calculated or assigned. We are not liable for any additional costs that might be incurred after the ordered item has been delivered. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.
